Welcome homeowner! In order to login to the Cardinal Estates Homeowners Association Website, there are two sets of instructions, please read the following carefully:

Have you logged in before? If yes, and you remember your password, follow the instructions title "I have logged in before" below on this page. If you have not logged in before, or have forgotten your password, follow the second set of instructions below the first set of instructions, which is titled "I have not logged in before". 

If you have never provided the board with an email, or need to update your email within the system please contact the board at:

I HAVE LOGGED IN BEFORE:
Step 1: From the homepage, click the login button as circled in red below:

Step 2: Type email and password in login form, and press login as displayed below

I HAVE NOT LOGGED IN BEFORE:

Step 1: From the homepage, click the login button as circled in red below:

Step 2: Click Forgot Password

Step 3: Enter the email address you received notifications from the CEHA Board on, as well as the human verification code (CAPTCHA) displayed and hit submit (circled):

Step 4: Password reset instructions were then emailed to you, please check the email above along with the spam folder for an email that looks like the following, and click on the reset link:

Step 5: Enter a new password, and click "Set new password" button highlighted below.

Step 6: Your password has been reset, click the home button:

Step 7: From the homepage, click the login button as circled in red below:

Step 8: Type your email and newly created password in login form, and press login as displayed below
